Position: Assistant Director Occupational
Therapy/ Occupational Therapist/OTR L - Filled
Position: Receptionist/Office assistant Stafford - Filled
Rate: $10-$14.00 depending on experience
Hours: Full Time plus overtime (Monday – Saturday) Job Description: Facilitate therapy appointments to include scheduling, verifying eligibility and authorizations with third party payers. Also, responsible for submitting charges for billing and other administrative duties to ensure prompt and accurate payment.
Other Benefits: Eligible for Group Health Care coverage and dental, 15 days paid time off (Earned Time), retirement plan (IRA) and 9 company holidays.
Position: Billing/finance Specialist Stafford Billing Office - Filled
Rate: $10-$14.00 depending on experience
Hours: Full Time
Job Description: To review and approve charges and submit charges to clearinghouse daily. Work directly for CFO on monthly office bills/expenses, keep track of business receipts, and accounting of business office expenses for 3 offices. This includes submitting purchase orders for approval and processing purchase orders for needed supplies. Follow up on unpaid claims as directed by the billing manager.
